Wrong fuel recovery terms and conditions

• APEX TOWING ORANGE cannot be held liable for any major or permanent engine damage that can occur from the owner/driver filling a vehicle, or driving a vehicle with the incorrect fuel

• A deposit is to be paid for all after hours fuel recovery, or any area outside Orange NSW before the mechanic is dispatched

• The customer is responsible for the cost of the disposal of the contaminated fuel, in the event the customer would like to retain the contaminated fuel it may only be retained in approved AN/NZS2906:2001 containers. The customer agrees that APEX TOWING ORANGE cannot guarantee the condition of the contaminated fuel and does not recommend its use in any way. If the customer retains the contaminated fuel, they must agree to dispose of it in a legal manner in accordance with the Environmental protection act and must not dump the fuel.
